Twenty-one year old Amy Kabba, better know by her artist name A*M*E, hails from South East London via Sierra Leone, and at such a young age has already made her mark in the music industry.
At school A*M*E was introduced to MNEK and the pair instantly bonded over a mutual love of 90’s pop when they started collaborating. In 2013 both A*M*E and MNEK co-wrote ‘Need You (100%)’ with Duke Dumont, which hit the number 1 spot in the UK and went on to receive a Grammy Nomination for Best Dance Recording.
A*M*E is currently back in the studio with MNEK working on her new solo project launching in 2016 and it goes without saying… the magic is happening once again.
